You are cordially invited to rent our holiday home in the delightful town of Woodbridge, Suffolk.   It is an ideal base for boating, walking and cycling.   

It has a sitting/dining room with television and DVD player, a compact kitchen with washing machine.   Up the spiral staircase there is one double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.   There is electric storage heating and a gas heater in the sitting room.

Outside there is a parking space and room for a dinghy trailer in a secure garden. 

   It is convenient for the A12 and is a ten minute cycle or twenty minute stroll from the railway station, shops and the sea (tidal river actually).  

There is a local Post Office/general shop and a takeaway less than a ten minute walk away.   

Bedding is included, as is the heating.   There is no internet in the house; we use a ’3’ broadband dongle which works well and costs about £10 a month.

A well behaved dog is welcome for an extra charge -please enquire. It is not really suitable for children.  Strictly non-smoking.
